摘要
采用高效液相色谱-质谱联用法测定肥料中赤霉酸的含量,建立了不确定度评定的模型,并对测定过程中的不确定度来源进行了分析评定。通过比较各分量的大小,得出影响测定结果的不确定度来源主要是标准曲线的拟合和样品的重复测定。最终计算得到赤霉酸的合成标准不确定度为26.3μg/kg,扩展不确定度为52.6μg/kg,测定结果可表示为(432±52.6)μg/kg,k=2。
The content of gibberellic acid in fertilizers is determined by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method, an uncertainty evaluation model is established, and the soueces of uncertainty in the measurement process are analyzed and evaluated. By comparing the size of each component, it is concluded that the soures of uncertainty affecting the measurement result are mainly the fitting of the standard curve and the repeated measurement of the sample. The final calculated gibberellic acid synthesis standard uncertainty is 26.3 μg/kg, the extended uncertainty is 52.6 μg/kg, the measuerment results can be expressed as [ (432±52.6) μg/kg, k =2].
