摘要
在高塔熔体复合肥造粒装置中,当造粒喷头严重堵塞时,如果此时系统继续供料,会在造粒塔工作层结构次梁发生熔融液挂壁现象,严重时造粒塔工作层顶部也会出现熔融液挂壁现象,进而酿成事故。为此,在造粒喷头进料盒下部焊接1个环形溢流盘,通过改变熔体的射流方向,可以有效缓解熔融液挂壁现象。
In the high tower melt compound fertilizer granulation device, when the prilling nozzle is seriously blocked, if the system continues to feed at this time, molten liquid hanging wall phenomenon will happen in secondary beam of work layer of prilling tower, which then causes serious accident. For this reason, a circular overflow plate is welded under feeding box of the prilling nozzle, which can effectively relieve the hanging wall phenomenon of molten liquid by changing the direction of jet stream.
