摘要
合成氨生产装置中的冷箱在设计时都留有富余冷量,在生产过程中排放过剩冷量时,大量的低温尾液须经冷火炬管线复热后排往热火炬中,但因设计上的缺陷,低温尾液复热不彻底而进入热火炬,导致热火炬管冻裂。通过多次技术改造,最终设计采用水浴池盘管换热器使该问题得到彻底解决,不仅降低了尾液复热的蒸汽消耗,而且节省了冷却循环水的电耗。
The design of cold box for synthetic ammonia unit retains cold quantity surplus, and when excess cold capacity is discharged in the production process, plenty of low temperature tail liquid must be reheated in the cold torch pipeline before being discharged into the hot torch. However, due to defects in the design, low temperature tail liquid is not thoroughly reheated and goes into hot torch,which causes frost crack of hot torch pipeline. Through repeated technical transformations, the problem is totally solved by water bath coil heat exchanger which is adopted by the final design, and steam consumption of tail liquid reheat is not only reduced, but power consumption of cooling circulating water is also saved.
