摘要 设计了一种抑制车削颤振的约束阻尼层减振车刀。首先将约束阻尼层减振车刀简化成悬臂梁并推导出其共振峰值、共振频率与动刚度的关系;其次在ANSYS Workbench中对最大悬伸条件下减振车刀共振峰值随阻尼层厚度、约束层厚度的变化关系进行分析,确定减振车刀的最优尺寸;最后对不同悬伸长度下的减振车刀与普通车刀进行了瞬态动力学分析。结果表明,约束阻尼层减振车刀比普通车刀具有更好的减振性能。 A constrained damping layer vibration damping lathe tool is designed to suppress turning chatter. Firstly, the constrained damping layer vibration reduction turning tool is simplified into cantilever beam and the relationship between resonance peak,resonance frequency and dynamic stiffness is derived. Secondly,in ANSYS workbench,the relationship between resonance peak value of the vibration-damping lathe tool and the thickness of the damping layer and the thickness of the restraining layer is analyzed, and the optimal size of the vibration-damping lathe tool is deter-mined. Finally,the transient dynamic analysis of the vibration-damping turning tool and common turning tool with different suspension length is carried out. the results show that the vibration-damping layer vibration-damping turning tool has better vibration reducing performance than common turning tools.
