摘要
随着现代电子信息技术和CAN总线技术的广泛应用,林业工程机械大部分采用了CAN总线技术,CAN通讯不分主从,通讯方式灵活;可以一机对一机、一机对多机及全局广播等传送方式接收数据;节点数可达110个。阐述了CANBUS智能节点硬件电路的工作原理和系统构成,描述了主要模块的硬件电路设计以及整个系统的软件实现方法。实际使用结果表明:基于AVR单片机的CANBUS智能节点硬件电路在林业工程机械中应用可靠,性能稳定。
With the extensive application of modem electronic information technology and CAN bus technology,most forestry engineering machinery adopts CAN bus technology. CAN communication is not divided into main and subor-dinate, and the communication mode is flexible. It can receive data from one machine to one machine,one machine to multiple machines, and global broadcasting. The number of nodes can be up to 110. This paper expounds the working principle and system structure of the hardware circuit of CANBUS intelligent node and describes the hard-ware circuit design of the main module and the software realization method of the whole system. The practical appli-cation results show that the hardware circuit of CANBUS intelligent node based on AVR microcontroller is reliable and stable in forestry engineering machinery.
