增生性糖尿病视网膜病变患者玻璃体中血管内皮生长因子、血小板源性生长因子的含量及其相关性

Vitreous levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and platelet-derived growth factor and their correlation in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy

目的通过对增生性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)患者玻璃体中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血小板源性生长因子(PDGF)含量及其相关性的研究,以探索PDR综合治疗方法。方法实验组:因PDR IV^VI期行玻璃体切除手术的患者23例(23只眼)的玻璃体;对照组:因黄斑裂孔或晶状体脱入玻璃体的患者14例(14只眼)玻璃体。所有玻璃体均来自淮南市第一人民医院眼科2015年6月至2016年12月的入院患者。用酶联免疫吸附实验方法测定玻璃体中VEGF、PDGF的浓度,所得数据采用SPSS 17.0统计软件分析。结果实验组VEGF含量(137.99±42.00)pg/ml,明显高于对照组(59.19±16.33)pg/ml,实验组PDGF含量(7.64±4.96)ng/ml高于对照组为(4.59±1.61)ng/ml,二者均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。PDR组VEGF与PDGF之间存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论 PDR组患者玻璃体中VEGF和PDGF水平均高于无视网膜新生血管及视网膜增生组患者,提示VEGF、PDGF共同参与了PDR的发生和发展,且二者存在相关性,随着PDGF的升高,VEGF也升高,可能PDGF对VEGF的生成有促进作用。

Objective To mesure the levels of vascular endothelial gowth factor（ VEGF） and platelet-derived growth factor（ PDGF） and study the correlation between VEGF and PDGF in vitreous with proliferative diabetic retinopathy（ PDR）,for finding a best trerapy for them. Methods The vitreous of 23 eyes of 23 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy of the IV - VI phase and needing do pars plana vitretomy had been collected as the experimental group,the vitreous of 14 eyes of 14 patients with the macular hole or the lens in vitreous as the control group. The patients visited from June2015 to December 2016 in the Huainan first hospital. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to mesure the concentrations of VEGF and PDGF in the experimental group and the control group. And all statistically data were compared by SPSS 17. 0. Results The levels of VEGF and PDGF in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group. The level of VEGF in experimental group was 137. 99 ± 42. 00 pg/ml,but was 59. 19 ± 16. 33 pg/ml in control group; The concentration of PDGF in experimental group was 7. 64 ± 4. 96 ng/ml,but was 4. 59 ± 1. 61 ng/ml in control group. Both have significan statistical difference（ P 0. 01）. The correlation between VEGF and PDGF was significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions The levels both VEGF and PDGF were significantly high in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy that shows both VEGF and PDGF may be promote the occurrence and development of proliferative diabetic retinopathy. The level of VEGF was correlated with the concentration of PDGF in the vitreous of proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients. The concentration of VEGF elevates with the level of PDGF. May be PDGF promotes the production of VEGF in proliferative diabetic retinopathy.
