白色白内障超声乳化手术临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of phacoemulcification surgery on white cataract

目的探讨白色白内障超声乳化吸除联合I期人工晶状体植入手术的临床效果。方法回顾分析2016年9月至2017年9月在我院行白色白内障行超声乳化吸除联合I期人工晶状体植入手术的93例(102只眼)患者的临床资料,观察术后视力恢复情况及术后并发症。结果 93例(102只眼)手术均顺利完成,术后视力较术前明显提高,术后1周、1个月和3个月最佳矫正视力≥0.6者分别为84只眼(82.4℅)、84只眼(84.8%)、83只眼(84.7%)。术后1周、1个月和3个月眼压较术前眼压降低,差异有统计学意义。术后1周眼压稳定,与术后1个月、3个月比较无统计学差异。术中成功连续环形撕囊95只眼(93.1℅)。随访3~12个月,术后无眼内感染、继发性青光眼、人工晶状体脱位、视网膜脱离等并发症。结论白色白内障超声乳化吸除联合I期人工晶状体植入术是安全有效的方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens（ IOL）implantation surgery in the treatment of white cataract. Methods A retrospective research was done during the period from September 2016 to September 2017 in our hospital,93 cases（ 102 eyes） of white cataract patients were performed by phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation surgery,The visual acuity（ VA） and postoperative complications were examined. Results Surgery of the 93 cases（ 102 eyes） were successfully completed,postoperative VA were significantly improved than preoperative. The best corrected visual acuity（ BCVA） of 84 eyes（ 82. 4%） was better 0. 6 at 1 week,and 84 eyes（ 84. 8%） and 83 eyes（ 84. 7%） at 1 month and 3 months respectively after operation. The postoperative intraocular pressure decreased significantly on one week,one month and three months,which was significantly different from preoperative. The intraocular pressure tended to be stable in 1 week after operation,with no significant difference between 1 month and 3 months postoperative. The continuous curvilinear capsulorhexis（ CCC） had been completed in 95 eyes（ 93.1%）. During the follow-up period of 3 months to 1 year,no complication ocurred. Conclusions Phacoemulsification and Iol implantation surgery has safe and obvious effect in patients with whtie cataract.
