近视SMILE手术健康知识问卷的研制及其应用

Development and application of myopic SMILE surgical health knowledge questionnaire

目的研制并应用近视飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(SMILE)手术健康知识问卷。方法通过两轮德尔斐法(Delphi Technique)研制近视SMILE手术健康知识问卷,选择10名近视SMILE手术患者进行预调查,修订后形成最终问卷,测量问卷的信度、效度,应用问卷对201名SMILE手术患者调查并分析教育前后健康知识差异。结果近视SMILE手术健康知识问卷包括手术相关知识、术前注意事项、注视训练及术中配合方法、用药知识、术后眼部护理及注意事项、并发症观察及处理方法、复诊时间7个方面,共41个条目,该问卷的重测信度r=0.839,内容效度指数(CVI)=0.98。应用问卷对201名患者健康教育前后的知识水平进行测量,教育后患者健康知识得分显著提高(P﹤0.001)。结论近视SMILE手术健康知识问卷涵盖近视SMILE手术患者需要掌握的手术相关知识,信效度良好,本问卷为近视SMILE手术患者制定及评价有效的健康教育提供参考。

Objective To develop and apply myopic SMILE surgical health knowledge questionnaire. Methods The myopic SMILE surgical health knowledge questionnaire was developed based two rounds of Delphi expert enquiry,10 patients with myopic SMILE surgery were selected for pre-investigation. After testing the reliability and validity of the revised final questionnaire,it was applied to 201 patients with myopic SMILE surgery to survey their health knowledge and analyze the differences after health education. Results There are 7 aspects（ 41 items） in the formal questionnaire,including surgical knowledge,preoperative considerations,gaze training and intraoperative coordination method,medication knowledge,postoperative ocular nursing and considerations,observation and treatment of complications,time of revisit.The retest reliability r = 0. 839,and the content validity index CVI = 0. 98. The questionnaire was applied to measure the knowledge level of 201 patients before and after education,and the score of health knowledge after education was significantly improved（ P ﹤ 0. 001）. Conclusion The myopic SMILE surgical health knowledge questionnaire covers the related surgical knowledge needed by the patients with myopic SMILE surgery,it is reliable and valid to formulate and evaluate the health education for the patients with myopic SMILE surgery.
