摘要
为充分利用车辆限界以增加车辆容积,澳大利亚铁路货车通常采用动态限界对铁路货车外形轮廓进行设计。文中采用动态限界试验和模拟仿真相结合的手段,对影响动态限界轮廓的相关参数进行了分析研究。研究表明,增加中央悬挂系统、减小常接触弹性旁承垂向间隙和降低车辆重心高度均能有效改善车辆限界利用率。
In order to make full use of the wagon outline to increase the wagon volume,Australian Railway adopt basic kinematic outline to design the wagon outline.This paper researches the influencing factors of the kinematic outline by using the outline testing and simulation.The research result shows that increase of the suspension vertical stiffness,the side bearing vertical stiffness,and decrease the gravity center of wagon are able to increase wagon outline utilization rate.
