铁路客车DC 600V车下电源装置维修优化研究

摘要 在DC 600V电源装置统型之前,生产厂家主要有五家,各个厂家的逆变器、充电器结构各异,结构也不尽相同,配件不能互换,质量可靠性差别较大。重点通过对DC 600V车下电源装置的运行故障进行数据分析,找出不同厂家产品的故障特点,针对各自特点,提出维修优化建议。 There are mainly five manufacturers before unified type of DC 600 Vpower supply device,corresponding inverter and charger structure of manufacturers are different design.Furthermore their parts are not interchangeable when maintain with various quality reliability.By analyzing the failure data of DC 600 Vpower supply device,finding the fault characteristics of different manufacturers products.For their own characteristics,proposed maintenance optimization recommendations for DC 600 Vpower supply device.
