摘要 设计了一种基于"燃料电池+超级电容+动力电池"的新型混合动力100%低地板有轨电车。针对燃料电池混合动力系统的特点,进行了新型有轨电车混合动力系统能量管理策略,牵引系统的参数匹配设计,以及余热利用方案设计。在此基础上,确定了有轨电车的主要技术规格和设计参数,并对燃料电池混合动力系统、牵引、制动、列车网络等系统主要特点进行了介绍。车辆经过型式试验验证,各项性能指标完全满足设计要求,此新型有轨电车已成功投入运营。 A new type of hybrid electric 100%low floor tram based on "fuel cell+ super capacitor+ traction battery"was designed.Energy management control strategy of fuel cell hybrid system and traction system were matching designed.Exhaust heating usage was designed on this new type tram according to characteristics of fuel cell hybrid system.The main technical specifications and parameters of the tram were confirmed.The main features of fuel cell hybrid system,traction system,brake system and TCMS were introduced.The vehicle type test proved that the performance meet the design requirements completely,and the new type tram has been put into operation successfully.
