摘要
为了满足双积分要求并解决目前的技术瓶颈,48 V轻混系统应运而生。48 V混合动力的基本原理与广义混合动力技术一样,然而,48 V轻混系统相比广义混合动力系统具有更低的成本和更佳的节油效果。以5款车型为例,介绍了48 V混合动力系统的应用现状,分析了其良好的市场前景。结果表明,48 V轻混系统可以成为传统车转型过程中的最佳过渡。尽可能地降低成本是48 V系统普及的关键因素。
In order to meet the requirements of CAFC and NEV Credit and solve the technical bottleneck problem, 48 V light hybrid power system is developed. The basic principle of 48 V light hybrid power system is the same with conventional hybrid power system, but 48 V light hybrid power system presents the lower cost and the better fuel-saving compared with the conventional hybrid power system. Taking 5 model vehicles as examples, the current status of 48 V light hybrid power system is introduced and the market prospect is analyzed. The resuhs show that 48 V light hybrid power system will become the better ahemate in the traditional vehicle transition. Reducing the cost is the key factor for the popularity of 48 V light hybrid power system.
