摘要
路面噪声直接影响整车NVH性能,是汽车设计研发需要解决的关键问题。利用Hyper Works的NVHD模块建立了整车有限元分析模型,以某SUV为例,进行转向节加速度和车厢内噪声实车测试来获取数据,经不同凹凸路面情况下的仿真计算,得出轮胎中心到转向节加速度测点位置处的传递函数,进行路面噪声性能计算。仿真结果表明,建立的整车有限元模型精度较高,与实车测试结果比较吻合,能够用于路面噪声分析。
Road noise directly affects the NVH performance of vehicle, which is a key problem that needs to be solved in vehicle design and development. The vehicle finite element analysis model is established by using the NVHD module of HyperWorks. Taking a SUV as an example, the acceleration of the steering knuckle and the interior noise of ear are tested to obtain the data. The transfer functions from tire center to acceleration point of steering node are obtained by simulation calculation under difterent roads, and the road noise performance is calculated. The sinmlation resuhs show that the established vehicle finite element model has high accuracy, which is consistent with the real vehicle test resuhs and can be used for road noise analysis.
