汽车轮毂轴承单元正向和逆向开发对比分析

Comparison and Analysis between the Forward and Reverse Development of Hub Bearing Units

为了科学地逆向开发高质量的汽车轮毂轴承单元,并验证它们的产品质量,该文对逆向开发的轮毂轴承单元与正向开发的原厂件的区别进行了介绍。重点从轮毂轴承单元的发展历史、产品现状及技术趋势入手,阐述轮毂轴承单元前装件的正向开发与独立售后市场零件的逆向开发在开发流程、材料选用及质保等方面的相同和差异点,最后针对轮毂轴承单元的试验验证进行解读和说明。对比分析结果表明,逆向开发的轮毂轴承单元在质量上可能会略逊于正向开发的前装件,但是对于已经超出质保期的汽车维修需求,其更换成本还是存在较明显的优势的。

To reverse develop high quality- hub bearing units and verity their quality, this paper analyzes the differenees between reverse developed and forward developed parts. Starting from the development history, product status and technical trends of hub bearing units, the similarities and ditterenees of development process, material selection and quality assurance between torward development and reverse development of hub bearing units are described. The test verification is explained. According to the analysis and comparison, the quality of reverse developed parts might be a bit worse than the forward developed parts, but should be cheaper especially ror the vehicles out of warranty which need to be repaired.
