This paper introduces the assembly process and specifications of windshield, illustrates the key points in the assembly process, using five factors analysis methods in the comprehensive quality management finds the cause of windshield water leakage and puts forward the eountermeasures. The resuhs show that completing the product design restrain and process design restrain in the earlier stage of the product design can improve the rain acceptance rate, avoid the windshield water leakage. This idea and method can provide the reference on solving the water leakage problem.
