摘要
某电厂采用海水直流供水系统,厂区地下水对混凝土结构具有强腐蚀性,通过海水对混凝土结构腐蚀机制分析,提出了混凝土结构防腐措施,从混凝土材料的选用、最大氯离子含量的限定、水灰比、混凝土施工及表面防护等多个方面来保证混凝土的质量与耐久性。
Once-through seawater cooling system is adopted in a power plant. The groundwater in plant area is highly corrosive to the concrete structure. Through the analysis of the corrosion mechanism of the concrete structure, the anticorrosion measures such as the selection of the concrete material, the limitation of the maximum chloride ion content, the water-cement ratio, concrete construction and surface protection are proposed to ensure the quality and durability of concrete.
