以“五个超越”为抓手提升大学课堂教学质量

摘要 大学教育"满堂灌"之顽疾之所以长期得不到解决,一是大学体制的僵化所致,二是大学教师的惰性及教改动力不足所致。文章将主要探究如何借助"五个超越"在当前的大学状态下突破满堂灌教学方式,以有效提升课堂教学质量。 The problem of "cramming education"of university education is not solved for a long time, one is caused by the rigidity of university system, the other is the inertia of university teachers and the lack of motive force of teaching reform. This article will mainly explore how to use"five transcendence"to break through the cramming education teaching method under the current university state,in order to effectively improve the classroom teaching quality.
