The problem of ＂cramming education＂of university education is not solved for a long time, one is caused by the rigidity of university system, the other is the inertia of university teachers and the lack of motive force of teaching reform. This article will mainly explore how to use＂five transcendence＂to break through the cramming education teaching method under the current university state,in order to effectively improve the classroom teaching quality.
