当前就业问题已经成为大多数高校毕业生毕业后所面临的严峻挑战之一。为了在日益激烈的竞争中帮助高校毕业生依据个人能力、爱好、就业意愿快速找到与之相匹配的就业岗位,高校职业生涯规划课程体系的构建就显得十分重要。基于此,文章主要就西部地区高校职业生涯规划课程体系的构建进行初步的探讨与研究。

Nowadays, the employment issue has become one of the severe challenges faced by most college students after graduation.In order to help college graduates to quickly find matching jobs in the increasingly fierce competition based on their personal abilities, hobbies, and employment aspirations, the construction of curriculum system of career planning in college and university is of great importance. Based on this issue, this article mainly carries on the preliminary discussion and research on the construction of the curriculum system of career planning in colleges and universities in the western region.
