甘肃省高等教育国际化发展策略研究

The Research on Counter Measures for Higher Educational Internationalization in Gansu Province

伴随世界经济一体化进程的不断加深,高等教育国际化成为不可阻挡的发展趋势。近年来,国家提出了"一带一路"和"深化教育对外开放"战略,甘肃省政府和各高校纷纷迈出步伐迎击而上,高等教育国际化取得了一定进展,但其程度仍然低于全国平均水平。通过文献分析和实证调研的方法,总结甘肃高等教育国际化的发展现状,查找存在问题,提出发展策略。

With the intensification of world economic integration, the internationalization of higher education has become an irresistible trend. During recent years, with the formulation and implementation of ＂one belt one road＂and ＂deepen the educational opening-up＂, not only the government of Gansu Province, but colleges and universities of it step forward to seize the opportunity.Higher educational internationalization has obtained certain achievement, but internationalization level is still lower than the national average level. The status quo and problems of higher educational internationalization in Gansu will be summarized based on the literature analysis and empirical research. Finally, this paper expects to propose a constructive strategy.
