基于“实践取向”的卓越小学教师培养探究——以陇南师专为例

摘要 立足于实践视角培养卓越教师,是我国当前师范教育课程改革和发展的总方向。以陇南师专小学教育专业人才培养为例,通过对"实践取向"卓越小学教师培养的内涵及价值的阐述,我们认为,基于"实践取向"的卓越小学教师培养应体现在以下六点:确立人才培养目标;建立政府、大学、小学协同培养新机制;整合优化师资队伍;探索全程实践课程体系;变革教学模式方法;改革考核评价标准。 The excellent teachers training based on practice orientation is the general trend in the curriculum reform and development of teacher education. This paper takes the Longnan Teachers College as an example, through elaborating the connotation and value of"practice-oriented"excellent primary teacher training, we think there are six points about training mode: establishing the goal of talent training; establishing a new mechanism of"trinity"cooperative training; integrating and optimize the teachers' team; exploring the whole practice course system; changing the method of teaching mode; reforming evaluating criteria.
