浅谈幼儿教师专业发展的可能路径——基于绘本课程资源的开发

摘要 幼儿教师对于孩童幼儿时期的成长起着至关重要的作用。在绘本课程资源开发与利用的过程中,幼儿教师根据幼儿身心发展水平、幼儿的喜好、教师自身的实践性智慧选取绘本、研读绘本。通过幼儿园的集体教研、协同反思等活动在实践学习共同体中,发挥教师个体专业发展的主体性,激发教学智慧,打破青年教师的"失语",增强反思的能力,使绘本资源开发的过程成为促进幼儿教师专业发展的路径。 Preschool teachers play a crucial role in the growth of childhood. In the process of developing and utilizing the resources of picture books, the preschool teacher selects picture books and studies picture books according to the child's physical and mental development level, the child's preferences, and the teacher's own practical wisdom. Through the activities of collective teaching and research in kindergartens and collaborative reflection, in the community of practical learning, the subjectivity of individual professional development of teachers is brought into play, teaching wisdom is stimulated, the"aphasia"of young teachers is broken, and the ability of reflection is enhanced.The process of developing picture book resources becomes the way to promote the professional development of preschool teachers.
