台湾大学的通识教育改革

摘要 台湾大学通识教育改革历经十年,改革之初分成三个阶段:建立制度、目标评估、精进深化,接着进行教学成效评鉴与检讨。在此期间,规划了通识课程八大领域,以三级三审制度确保课程质量,同时建构教学助理制度,引导学生之自主学习与课程深化。近年来更扩大培养学生的基本能力,并持续推动深碗课程、共授课程、翻转教学等创新教学,以达致通识教育之实质教学成效,并改变学生对通识课程之学习态度。 The general education reform in National Taiwan University lasted for 10 years. There are 3 stages at the beginning of the reform: institutional establishment, objective assessment, and advancement and deepening. Then we conducted teaching and learning efficacy evaluation and review. During this period, we defined the eight major aspects of the general education curricula, ensured curricula quality with the 3-review at 3-levels system, and at meantime created the teaching assistant system to guide students in independent learning and curricula deepening. In recent years, National Taiwan University enhanced the cultivation of students’ basic capacities, continuously promoted innovative programs such as the deep-bowl courses, co-delivered courses, and reversed teaching, so as to essentially achieve real efficacy of the general education reform and change students’ attitude toward the general education curricula.
