摘要
核心素养的培养已成为当前世界各国教育界所关注的重点领域,发展学生核心素养的目标最终要通过课程来实现,然而目前在高校音乐教育专业人才培养中缺少一个与之相适应的课程体系。以已有的核心素养研究成果为切入点,结合长期的教学研究与实践,以教育学、心理学、音乐学、马克思主义等学科理论为支撑,采取对比、定量和定性分析等方法,通过学习者的需要、当代社会生活的需求、学科的发展三个方面来确定教学目标,从数量与内容的改变入手来进行课程设置,借鉴他国已有的成果、本着"学科本位"转向"育人为本"的思想来进行课程实施,将评价实施设定为需求评价、课标事前评价与修订评价、教材评价、课程实施评价等几项基本内容,以期为核心素养引领下的高校音乐教育专业课程改革提供借鉴与思考。
Currently, the cultivation of key competencies has become a focal point of education communities across the world. The objective of developing students’ key competencies will finally be achieved via curricula. However, the suitable curricula system is lacking in the cultivation of talents of the music education major in universities now. This article probes the results of existing studies on key competencies, adopts such methods as comparison, quantitative analysis, and qualitative analysis to specify educational goals from three perspectives, namely, learners’ needs, needs of the current social life, and disciplinary development. The article also proposes some solutions, such as establishing the curricula by changing the quantity and the content, borrowing achievements made by foreign counterparts, implementing curricula under the notion of transforming the discipline-centric mentality to the people-centric mentality, breaking down evaluation into several components like the evaluation of needs, the evaluation of preliminary class targets, the evaluation of revision, the evaluation and research of textbooks, and the evaluation of curricula implementation, in a wish to provide references and invoke thoughts for the curricula reform of the music education major in colleges and universities under the guidance of key competencies.
