高校女大学生不参加课外体育活动成因探究

摘要 运用质性研究方法等对14名不参加课外体育的高校宅族女大学生进行深入访谈,并结合扎根理论进行编码,分析和梳理出她们不参加课外体育活动现象的原因;结果发现大学校园宅女有3种类型:学习型宅女、生活型宅女和事业型宅女。她们对自己不参加课外体育活动建构了"主观合理化机制"和"客观合理化机制"两种成因。宅女们从自身寻找理由形成主观合理化成因主要是课外体育与个人发展相冲突;宅女们负面评价课外体育形成客观合理化成因。针对宅女们所谓的"合理化成因"寻找破解路径,并予以启示。 This article uses qualitative research to conduct in-depth interviews with 14 college “home girls” who never take part in extracurricular sports, and does encoding under the root theory, and analyzes and assorts the reasons why they never take part in extracurricular sports. Conclusion: there are 3 types of “home girls” on college campus, namely, the learning type, the life type, and the career type, and they have constructed two mechanisms for no participation in extracurricular sports, namely, the subjective rationalization mechanism and the objective rationalization mechanism. In the former mechanism, home girls give reasons of themselves, mainly, the conflict between extracurricular sports and their personal development; in the latter mechanism, home girls think of extracurricular sports negatively and believe it is reasonable that they never take part in those activities. This article explores solutions to the home girls’ rationalization mechanism and gives relevant insights.
