摘要
为实现用于基于记忆合金的回转型压紧释放装置中的记忆合金与驱动元件的连接,设计出一种互换性强的连接机构,以实现不需要更换连接件或拆卸驱动元件,就可安装不同直径的记忆合金丝。通过介绍并选择记忆合金的驱动方式,分析连接指标,设计出连接机构中的凸轮和夹座,并对销进行理论校核,最后根据某压紧释放装置的需要为例,分析了夹座的强度,校核销的可靠性,验证机构的合理性。
A highly interchangeable connection mechanism is designed. It can realize the connection between the memory alloy and thedriving element which used in the memory-based alloy rotary compressive release device. With this device, memory alloy wire with differentdiameter can be installed without replacing the connector with different size, or disassembling the driving element. By introducing andselecting the driving method of the memory alloy, the connection index was analyzed. The cam and the pedestal in the connectingmechanism were designed and the strength of the pin was checked in theoretical. Finally, according to the needs of a pressing releasedevice, the strength of the pin and the pedestal was calculated and analyzed. The results showed that the design of this connectionmechanism is reasonable to meet the connecting needs.
