本文重点介绍了破碎理论和破碎机的发展历程与各类型优劣情况,进而对当前破碎机所存在的问题进行了一些构想,完成了一种新型破碎机的总体方案设计。着重针对铸铝生产线中的破碎机构进行设计,依次进行了电动机、减速机选型,并对主要零部件进行了结构设计、受力分析和强度校核。

This article focuses on the development of crushing theory and crusher and the advantages and disadvantages of varioustypes of crushers. Then some ideas on current crusher＇s problems are conceived, and the overall design of a new crusher is completed.Focusing on the design of the crushing mechanism in the cast aluminum production line, the motor and speed reducer are selected in turn,and the structural design, force analysis and strength check of the main components are carried out in this article.
