摘要
滚动轴承在故障早期故障信号非常微弱,难以提取。因此本文结合LabVIEW强大的信号处理功能对信号进行滤波然后对表征轴承故障的模态分量进行包络谱分析,经过傅里叶变换判断轴承故障信息。通过实验结果表明:基于LabVIEW的包络谱分析能够有效的辨别出滚动轴承的故障信息。
The fault signal of the rolling bearing in the early stage of the fault is very weak and difficult to extract. Therefore, this papercombines the powerful signal processing function of LabVIEW to filter the signal and then makes envelope spectrum analysis of modalcomponents characterizing bearing faults, and judges the bearing fault information through Fourier transform. The experimental results showthat the envelope spectrum analysis based on LabVIEW can effectively identify the fault information of rolling bearings.
