泮托拉唑治疗胃十二指肠溃疡疗效及对患者胃Hp的影响观察

Effect of Pantoprazole in treating gastroduodenal ulcer and its effect on gastric Hp in patients

目的探讨泮托拉唑治疗胃十二指肠溃疡的临床效果以及对患者胃幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的影响。方法选择我院2015年2月—2016年12月期间收治的76例胃十二指肠溃疡患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。予以对照组患者奥美拉唑治疗,予以观察组患者泮托拉唑治疗。对2组治疗效果以及治疗28 d和42 d后的胃Hp清除率进行比较。结果观察组总有效率92.1%,显著高于对照组的73.6%;治疗28 d后观察组患者的胃Hp清除率57.9%(22/38),显著高于对照组的34.2%(13/38);治疗42 d后,观察组患者的胃Hp清除率86.8%(33/38),显著高于对照组的63.2%(24/38),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑治疗胃十二指肠溃疡的临床效果显著,能有效改善患者胃Hp水平,降低溃疡出血发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pantoprazole in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer and its influence on gastric Hp in patients. Methods This study was performed in 76 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer admitted to our hospital from February 2015 to December 2016. The patients were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group and the control group, with 38 example. The patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole, and the patients in the observation group were treated with pantoprazole.The therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients and the gastric Hp clearance rate after 28 days and 42 days of treatment were observed and compared. Results After treatment by different methods,the total effective rate of observation group was 92.1% ,which was significantly higher than that of control group （73.6L ）.The gastric Hp clearance rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （57.9L ,22/38） after 28 days L （13/38）.After 42 days of treatment,the gastric Hp clearance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （86.8% ,33/38,63.2% ,24/38,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of pantoprazole in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer is significant,which can effectively improve the level of gastric Hp in patients and reduce the incidence of bleeding in patients with ulcer. Themethod has clinical significance and should be widely used.
