切开复位与韧带修复治疗三踝骨折伴胫腓联合分离的临床研究被引量：2

摘要目的探讨切开复位与韧带修复治疗三踝骨折伴胫腓联合分离的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的三踝骨折伴胫腓联合分离患者60例,将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组30例患者,采用切开复位进行治疗;观察组30例患者,采用切开复位联合韧带修复进行治疗,观察对比2组愈合情况和踝关节功能评分。结果对照组愈合时间比观察组时间长,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组Baird-Jackson评分(91.3±4.5)分,明显高于对照组的(85.3±5.3)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用切开复位联合韧带修复治疗三踝骨折伴胫腓分离,可促进患者恢复,改善踝关节功能。
