胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1与子痫前期及胎儿生长受限的相关研究进展 被引量：11

摘要 胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)作为一种重要的内分泌激素,在子痫前期的发生发展中起到重要作用。IGFBP-1参与妊娠及胎儿生长发育的各个病理生理过程。IGFBP-1的水平升高将可能导致胎盘滋养细胞功能丧失,导致胎盘浅着床。作为一种胎儿生长的抑制因子,IGFBP-1的升高直接影响着胎儿的生长发育。IGFBP-1在预测子痫前期的发病及严重程度以及胎儿宫内发育情况的过程中可能具有重要意义。
