摘要
水泥沥青砂浆大量应用于高速铁路I型和II型无砟轨道板的垫层结构,其性能受多种因素影响,需要进一步提升。本文采用电镜扫描技术,观测了掺加纳米二氧化硅材料的纳米水泥沥青砂浆的微观结构。试验结果表明,掺加纳米材料的水泥沥青砂浆和普通水泥沥青砂浆的水泥水化产物相似,但纳米材料的加入使得水泥沥青砂浆的结构更密实。此外,掺加纳米材料后,水泥沥青砂浆的自由沥青减少。
Cement asphalt mortar is a material used in the cushion layer of type I and II nonballast track in high speed lines. The performance of cement asphalt mortar is influenced by many factors and needs to be improved. Based on scanning electronic microscope, the microstructure of cement asphalt mortar with nano-Si O2 was observed in this paper. The experimental results showed that the cement hydration products of cement asphalt mortar with and without nanomaterials are the same, but the structure of cement asphalt mortar with nanomaterials are denser. Besides, the free asphalt was reduced by adding the nanomaterials.
