钢梁叠合面螺栓和焊缝的受力分配研究

摘要 采用有限元方法,建立了叠合钢梁的数值模型,模拟了叠合面上的拼接螺栓连接和焊缝连接,分析研究了螺栓和焊缝同时存在的状态下,叠合面剪力在螺栓和焊缝中的分布情况,结果表明,螺栓承担了大部分的荷载,并且螺栓之间的剪力分布不均匀。 Finite element model of steel composite beam was established using finite element method. The bolt connection and welding were simulated in the model in order to analyze the distribution of shear force between bolts and welds. It is shown that the bolts carried most of the force under the condition of both coexisting. It is also shown that the force is distributed unevenly in the bolts.
