江浙地区各市的农业投入与产出效率分析研究——基于三阶段DEA模型计算 被引量:5

摘要 本文通过运用三阶段DEA(数据包网络分析)模型对江浙地区各市2015年农业生产效率进行分析。结果表明:人均GDP以及财政支农对于该地区农业生产效率起积极作用,而城市化则起着消极的作用;江苏各市的农业生产效率整体高于浙江省各城市,浙江省的纯技术效率低是阻碍其生产效率的重要原因;同时在剔除环境变量以及随机误差的影响下浙江地区各市的农业生产效率整体上在提高,但仍有部分市的农业生产效率限制于农业发展的规模。最后通过相关的结论以及分析,给出了提高江浙地区农业生产效率的相关建议。 This paper analyzes the agricultural production efficiency of each city in Jiangsu and Zhejiang in 2015 by using a three-phase DEA( packet network analysis) model. The results show that per capita GDP and financial support for agriculture play a positive role in agricultural production efficiency in the region,while urbanization plays a negative role; Jiangsu's agricultural production efficiency is higher overall than Zhejiang's cities. Zhejiang Province's pure technical efficiency is low. It is an important reason to hinder its production efficiency. At the same time,under the influence of environmental variables and random errors,the efficiency of agricultural production in the cities of Zhejiang Province has been improving overall. However,there are still some cities whose agricultural production efficiency is limited to the scale of agricultural development. Finally,through relevant conclusions and analysis,relevant suggestions for improving the agricultural production efficiency in Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces are given.
