摘要
碳纳米管作为一种新型的纳米材料,具有独特的结构和性能,但其在皮革行业中的应用研究较少。本文采用原位乳液聚合法将改性后的碳纳米管和丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯进行共聚,得到了碳纳米管改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液。将改性的聚丙烯酸酯乳液分别成膜,测定了薄膜的抗张强度、断裂伸长率和动态透水汽性能。结果表明:碳纳米管用量为丙烯酸酯类单体质量的0.09%,反应温度为85℃,反应时间为2 h时,改性聚丙烯酸酯薄膜的性能最好,其抗张强度达到了22.15 MPa,断裂伸长率为373%。
As a new type of nanomaterials, carbon nanotubes had unique structure and properties, but their applications were seldom studied in leather industry. Polyacrylate caoting materials modified by carbon nanotubes were prepared based on in-situ emulsion polymerization method.Polyacrylate emulsions were obtained by copolymerizing carbon nanotubes with acrylic acid, methyl acrylate and ethyl acrylate. The films were made from the emulsions, the tensile strength, elongation at break and moisture permeability of the films were investigated. The results show that the tensile strength of the films reached the highest 22.15 MPa, the elongation at break achieved 373%, when the dosage of carbon nanotubes was 0.09% based on the mass of acrylic monomers, reaction temperature 85 ℃ and reaction time for 2 hours.
