本文以医院信息化的发展为背景,以本院血库管理系统的建设实际为例。通过对医院现有输血与血库管理与监控方法的讨论,选择适合医院使用的模式。使用信息系统,将用血申请管理、血库管理、输血管理、血袋管理、用血反应等分别进行管理。通过输血与血库系统对输血的各个环节进行管理,杜绝了人工错误发血的现象,实现了输血业务全过程的信息化、标准化管理,从而提高了科学用血水平。

This article takes the development of hospital informationization as the background,taking the actual construction of the blood bank management system of our hospital as an example.Through the discussion of the hospital＇s existing blood transfusion and blood bank management and monitoring methods,choose the mode suitable for hospital use.Using the information system,blood application management,blood bank management,blood transfusion management,blood bag management,blood reaction,etc.will be managed separately.Through the blood transfusion and blood bank system to manage all aspects of blood transfusion,the phenomenon of artificial error bleeding is eliminated, and the informationization and standardization management of the whole process of blood transfusion business are realized,thereby improving the scientific blood level.
