具有高危复发因素的早期宫颈癌术后辅助治疗进展

Advances in Postoperative Adjuvant Therapy for Early Cervical Cancer with High Risk of Recurrence

宫颈癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,目前早期宫颈癌首选手术治疗,具有较好的预后。但具有高危复发因素的早期术后宫颈癌患者出现肿瘤复发和远处转移的几率明显增加。近年来宫颈癌术后辅助治疗方法成为研究热点,故就现有的术后放疗、化疗及放疗联合化疗等研究进展做一综述。

Cervical cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignancies.At present,cervical cancer is the first choice for surgical treatment and has a good prognosis.However,patients with early-stage cervical cancer with high-risk recurrence factors have a significantly increased incidence of tumor recurrence and distant metastasis. In recent years,adjuvant therapy for cervical cancer has become a research hotspot.This article reviews the research progress of postoperative radiotherapy,chemotherapy and radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy.
