妊娠糖尿病患者血脂检验在临床诊断中的应用分析

Application of Blood Lipid Test in Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus in Clinical Diagnosis

目的研究妊娠糖尿病孕妇血脂检验在临床诊断中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1月~12月收治的50例妊娠糖尿病孕妇,纳入干预组,同时选择同时段来我院体检的健康孕妇50名,纳入常规组,评价两组孕妇血脂监测结果及不同年龄段孕妇血脂水平。结果干预组孕妇低密度脂蛋白、三酰甘油、总胆固醇等血脂水平均高于常规组,高密度脂蛋白值低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段的孕妇血脂各指标水平结果不同,LDL-C、TG、TC等水平随着孕妇年龄增大而增加,而HDL-C水平则因孕妇年龄增大而减少。结论妊娠糖尿病患者体内血脂水平均异常,且血脂水平与孕妇年龄存在一定联系。

Objective To study the effect of blood lipid test in clinical diagnosis of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 50 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted from January to December 2016 were included in the intervention group,and 50 healthy pregnant women who were examined in our hospital at the same time were included in the routine group.To evaluate the results of blood lipid monitoring and blood lipid levels of pregnant women of different age groups. Results The blood lipid levels of low density lipoprotein,triacylglycerol and total cholesterol in the intervention group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the high density lipoprotein was lower than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The levels of blood lipid of pregnant women in different age groups were different.The levels of LDL-C,TG and TC increased with the age of pregnant women,while the level of HDL-C decreased as the age of pregnant women increased. Conclusion The level of serum lipids in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus is abnormal,and the level of blood lipids is related to the age of pregnant women.
