山西区域金融风险基本判断及应对策略

Basic Judgement of Regional Financial Risk in Shanxi and Related Countermeasures

防范金融风险历来是各级地方政府工作的重点,"守住不发生区域性系统性金融风险的底线"被提升到国家安全和国家战略的高度。准确判断风险隐患是保障金融安全的前提,基于此,本文在系统梳理区域金融风险研究视角的基础上,结合山西经济金融发展的现状,对山西区域金融风险进行基本判断,并据此提出相应的风险防范对策。

It is a key task for local governments to prevent financial risks,and it is important for national security and national strategy to prevent regional and systematic financial risk. Based on the premise that hidden risks should be found out,the paper conducts a systematic research on regional financial risk,with the combination of the economic development in Shanxi,makes basic judgement of regional financial risk in Shanxi and accordingly comes forward countermeasures.
