山西省资源型经济欠发展的原因分析——基于要素禀赋的视角

Analysis on the Reasons of Underdevelopment of Resource-Based Economy in Shanxi Province——From the View of Factor Endowment

生产要素是维系经济运行和市场主体开展生产经营活动的基本因素,资源型经济发展的生产要素具有其特殊性。从要素禀赋来看,山西省发展以煤炭作为支柱产业的资源型经济具有必然性,而其资本要素、劳动力要素、技术要素在以自然资源要素为主导的情况下具有其在资源型经济下的特殊性。本文分析了山西省的自然资源要素、资本要素、劳动力要素、技术要素等状况,从要素视角解析山西省资源型经济的现状,在此基础上探讨山西省资源型经济欠发展的原因,以期对山西省及其他资源型地区的经济转型提供有益的思考和可借鉴的经验。

Factor of production is fundamental for economic development,and in resource-based economy,the factors of production have its particularity. From the view of factor endowment,it is necessary for Shanxi to take coal as the pillar industry in its resource-based economy,and under the condition where natural resource is the major factor,its capital factor,labor factor,technique factor have its specificity. The paper makes an analysis on natural resource factor,capital factor,labor factor and technique factor of Shanxi province,from the view of elements,makes a discussion on the development of resource-based economy in Shanxi. On the basis,the paper makes a research on the reasons of underdevelopment of resource-based economy in Shanxi from the view of factor endowment.
