中美贸易顺差与中国购买美国国债的相互促进作用分析

自20世纪九十年来以来,中国对美国的贸易顺差迅速攀升,中国外汇储备持续增加,2008年中国成为美国的最大逆差来源国,同一年,中国成为美国国债最大持有国。两个热点问题交汇于一个时间段,文章因此展开研究发现:两个事件发生的时间如此巧合绝非偶然,中美贸易顺差与中国购买美国国债的持续增多有着千丝万缕的联系。

The two countries＇ economic development has become the main driving force of the world＇s economic growth. The movement of the two countries in the international economic activities will not only attract the attention of the two countries, but also attract the attention of the people all over the world. Since twentieth Century, ninety years ago, China＇s trade surplus with the United States has increased rapidly. China＇s foreign exchange reserves continue to increase. In 2008, China became the largest source of deficit in the United States. In the same year, China became the largest holder of US Treasury securities. The two hot issues intersect in a period of time, which arouse the curiosity of the author. Therefore, it is found that the timing of the two events is no coincidence. The Sino US trade surplus is closely related to the continuous increase of China＇s purchase of US Treasury securities.
