汉语国际教育专业就业意向调查和专业发展研究——以新疆高校为例 被引量:2

摘要 新疆高校的对外汉语教学始于20世纪80年代末。2005年,新疆师范大学开始招收对外汉语专业本科生。之后,新疆大学、新疆财经大学相继开设此专业。本次调查是在总结前人研究成果的基础上,以上述三所大学的本科生及研究生为对象,调查其就业意向,分析可能影响就业的因素。从学校招生、专业设计、课程设置及就业指导等方面做就业意向的归因分析,并针对调查结论提出建议与对策。 Teaching Chinese as a foreign language began in the late 1980's in universities in Xinjiang. Undergraduates majoring in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (later renamed Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages) have been admitted to Xinjiang Normal University since 2005. Xinjiang University and Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics set up the same program successively. The survey of employment intentions is on the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research results, which comprehensively and systematically investigates the employment intentions of undergraduates and graduates from the above three universities. After analyzing and summarizing the possible factors affecting employment intentions, such as the university admissions, program design, curriculum planning and employment guidance, the research puts forward some specific suggestions and strategies.
