摘要
分析某输油站输油泵机械密封泄漏的原因,确定杂质导致的动静环磨损、冲洗管路堵塞和气阻是其机械密封失效的主要原因。针对机械密封失效的原因,采取优化改造泵的机械密封冲洗管路、改进密封圈材质等措施。通过比较改造前后泵的冲洗管路过滤物、泄漏次数、平均无故障运行时间,证明了改造后有效提高了泵运行的可靠性。针对机械密封现场运行情况,提出安装温度变送器监控机械密封温度变化、改善排气方法、在过滤器上增加差压变送器等维护措施。
The reasons of mechanical seal leakage of oil pump in Lan-Cheng-Yu pipelines were analyzed,and the main reasons of mechanical seal failure were confirmed,which were the wear of dynamic ring and stator ring caused by impurities,the blocking of flushing pipeline and air blockage.According to the reasons of mechanical seal failure,some improving measurements were put forward,including optimizing the flushing pipeline of the mechanical seal and improving the material of sealing ring.By comparing the filtrate in flushing pipeline,the leakage times and average running time of fault free before and after transformation of mechanical seal,it was proven that the reliability of pumps was improved effectively.In view of the operation of the mechanical seal on the spot,some reasonable improvement measures were put forward,such as installing temperature transmitter to monitor the temperature change of the mechanical seal,improving the exhaust method,and installing differential pressure transmitter in the filters.
