农村环境综合整治污水治理水平动态评估模型研究

Study on Dynamic Assessment Model of Sewage Treatment Level in Rural Environmental Comprehensive Improvement

建立了农村污水处理水平动态评估模型,将提高城镇化水平、开展脱贫攻坚、建设美丽农村、发展"全域旅游"、开展特色小镇建设和工业园区建设等影响因素作为评估因子纳入,结合环境保护部门开展农村环境综合整治的行动,动态评估和跟踪农村环境综合整治的水平和绩效。模型结果表明,"十三五"期间,在6项因素的影响下,农村环境综合整治污水处理建设完成率为65.5%,其中提高城镇化水平和发展"全域旅游"对模型影响至关重要。

The dynamic assessment model of rural sewage treatment level was established,in which the influencing factors of raising the urbanization level,carrying out poverty alleviation, constructing beautiful countryside,developing Global Tourism,and constructing characteristic towns and industrial parks were included as evaluation factors. The model dynamically assessed and tracked the level of rural environmental improvement combining with the actions of rural environment comprehensive improvement by environmental protection departments. The results of the model showed that during the 13 th Five-year period influenced by the six factors,the completion rate of sewage treatment construction in rural environment comprehensive improvement was 65.5%. Among them,raising the urbanization level and developing Global Tourism were crucial for the model.
