推进甘肃省废旧地膜回收与综合利用的“五化”措施问题研究

Research on Five Methods of Promoting Recycling and Comprehensive Utilization of Waste Plastic Film in Gansu Province

地膜覆盖技术得到广泛运用的同时也带来了生产和生活环境的隐患问题,做好废旧地膜回收利用是推进农业"一控两减三基本"和实施绿色发展五大行动的题中之义。基于工作实践,结合新形势下特点,探讨了推进地膜回收与综合利用的"地膜生产标准化、地膜使用合理化、地膜捡拾机械化、地膜回收企业化、地膜加工精深化"五点工作思考。

The plastic film mulching technology has been widely used,however,it has also posed hidden danger to production and living environment. Recycling waste plastic film is a key issue to harnessing rural pollution and imple-menting green development. Based on work practices,combining with the new situation,the five methods including standardization of film production,rationalization of film utilization,mechanization of picking up film,enterprization of film recovery and deep processing of film for promoting recycling and comprehensive utilization are discussed.
