科学技术是第一生产力。创新是引领发展的第一动力。解决好农业、农村、农民问题是全党工作的重中之重。农业科技工作者特别是党员领导干部,是推进农业科技事业的重要骨干和具体组织者、实践者,也是新时代加快"三农"发展的引领者、奋斗者,在履行新使命、开启新征程的"三农"工作中,应坚持把粮食安全、市场需求、绿色农业、科技脱贫等作为重点来把握。
