甲泼尼龙冲击治疗儿童睡眠中癫痫性电持续状态的临床研究

Clinical Study of Methylprednisolone Therapy for Electrical Status Epilepticus During Sleep in Children

目的探讨甲泼尼龙冲击治疗对儿童睡眠中癫痫性电持续状态的疗效。方法选择新确诊的ESES患儿28例,给予甲泼尼龙15~20mg/(kg·d),每疗程用3d、停4d,连用3个疗程,停药后口服泼尼松序贯治疗,总疗程6个月。分析甲泼尼龙冲击治疗ESES的疗效。结果 28例患儿,临床发作减少总有效率82.1%,EEG改善总有效率89.3%,神经心理损伤改善23例(82.1%)。结论甲泼尼龙冲击治疗可减少ESES患儿癫痫发作,改善EEG放电,改善神经心理损伤。

Objective To explore the efficacy of methylprednisolone for electrical status epilepticus during sleep（ESES） in children. Methods A total of 28 newly diagnosed pediatric patients with ESES were enrolled. All patients received methylprednisolone treatment for three courses, which included methylprednisolone intravenous infusion [15~20 mg/（kg·d）]for three days, followed by oral prednisone for four days every time. After three courses, prednisone were taken by patients for 6 months. The efficacy of corticosteroid on ESES suppression, seizure control and mental improvement were analyzed. Results A total of 28 cases, the total effective rate for seizure was 82.1%, the total effective rate for EEG improvement was 89.3%. Mental improvement occurred in 23 cases（82.1%）. Conclusion Methylprednisolone was effective for improving ESES,seizures and mental damage.
