整体护理干预对慢性盆腔炎患者治疗依从性及生存质量的影响

Effect of Holistic Nursing Intervention on Treatment Compliance and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的探究整体护理干预对慢性盆腔炎患者治疗依从性及生存质量的影响。方法选取焦作市第二人民医院2015年2月~2017年5月慢性盆腔炎患者107例,入院顺序分组,对照组53例予以常规护理干预,研究组54例于对照组基础上予以整体护理干预,分析比较两组治疗依从性及生存质量(SF-36)评分。结果研究组治疗依从性优于对照组,且总依从率85.18%(46/54)高于对照组58.49%(31/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组干预后生理职能、生理机能、情感职能、精神健康等SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性盆腔炎患者予以整体护理干预,提高其治疗依从性及生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on treatment compliance and quality of life in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 107 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2017 were divided into 2 groups according to the admission order. 53 cases in the control group received routine nursing intervention, and 54 cases in the study group were given holistic nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The treatment compliance and quality of life（SF-36） score were analyzed and compared between the 2 groups. Results The treatment compliance of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the total compliance rate was 85.18%（46/54）, which was higher than that of the control group（58.49%）（31/53）（P〈0.05）. The SF-36 scores of physiological function, physiological function, emotional function and mental health of the study group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can significantly improve the treatment compliance and quality of life.
