学生管理在高校管理中占有极其重要的地位,是维护普通高等学校正常的教育教学秩序和生活秩序,保障学生合法权益的重要保障。从"辅导员-学生-学校"三者混合博弈模型的分析来看,辅导员对规定的执行意愿以及和学生合谋的动机受学校监管成本及处罚力度的影响。学校可从制度成本、人力资本及资金等方面加大投入,同时加强处罚力度,从而增强辅导员和学生认真对待学生管理规定的积极性,提高学生管理工作成效。

Student management is a very important part in the operation of colleges and universities,as it delivers the guarantee required in maintaining normal education,teaching order,life order,and in protecting students’lawful rights and interests.An analysis of the mixed game of＂counselor-student-school＂reveals that counselor’s willingness to execute the regulations and their motivations of collusion with the students are inflenced by the school’s supervision cost and punishment strength.Therefore,the school should raise their input in the system cost,human and monetary capital,and strengthen punishment,so as to enhance the enthusiasm of the counselors and students to treat the students’management rules seriously and improve the effectiveness of the management work.
