自我效能感视角下的高校英语教师多元学术能力培养 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国基础英语教育的不断深入,中小学校对英语教师的能力要求呈现多元化。地方高师院校要为社会培养输送具备多元能力的师范生,就需要有一支具有多元学术能力的英语教师队伍。而教师的自我效能感对多元学术能力有一定影响,且高效能感的教师的多元学术能力整体高于低效能感的教师。因此,提升教师的自我效能感,开拓应用型教学思路、运用因材施教的教学理念和改革低效能教学,有利于提升地方高师院校英语教师多元学术能力,进而为社会培养更多的合格人才。 With the deepening of basic English education,the requirement of primary and high schools for English teachers’ ability is presenting diversification.A team of English teachers with multi-academic ability is needed if local normal colleges want to cultivate and transport a number of normal students with multi-academic ability for society.However,teachers’ self-efficacy has a certain influence on teachers’ multi-academic ability.Moreover,the multi-academic ability of high-efficacy teachers is generally higher than that of low-efficacy teachers.So by improving teachers’ self-efficacy,exploring applied teaching approaches,applying teaching concept to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and reforming low-efficacy teaching,it is beneficial to improve English teachers’multi-academic ability in local normal colleges and then cultivate more qualified talents for local colleges and society.
