农村幼儿教师专业发展支持体系的建构思考 被引量:10

摘要 农村幼儿教师专业发展支持体系是指立足于政府和幼儿园之上,从精神、组织、管理、制度、物质五个维度为农村幼儿教师专业发展提供支持的各种因素的力量的整合,其不仅可以"改善幼儿教师生存现状,缓解幼儿教师队伍流失""顺应现代社会改革,提高幼儿教师专业素养",更能"获取社会各界支持,配置合理幼儿教育资源"。以四川省M市为例,应加快构建农村幼儿教师专业发展支持体系并且要坚持:加大幼教宣传力度,营造良好的社会舆论氛围;加快学前专项立法,保障幼儿教师合法权益;改变并完善人才管理模式,着力人力资源开发;激发幼儿教师发展意识,增强其自主学习动力。 The support system of rural preschool teachers' professional development refers to the integration of various factors that support the professional development of rural preschool teachers,which are based on the government and kindergarten,from the five dimensions of spirit,organization,management,system and material. It can not only"improve the survival status of young teachers,alleviate the loss of young teachers",and "conform to the reform of modern society and improve the professionalism of kindergarten teachers",but also can"get the support from all sectors of society,and configure reasonable preschool education resources". Therefore,this article,taking M city of Sichuan Province as an example,proposes to accelerate the construction of the support system for the professional development of rural preschool teachers and to insist on"increasing the publicity of preschool education and creating a good atmosphere of social public opinion","speeding up preschool special legislation to protect the legitimate rights and interests of preschool teachers","subverting talent management model and developing human resources development","stimulating the development consciousness of preschool teachers to enhance their motivation of autonomous learning".
